Toni Collette is an Australian actress who shot to fame with the comedy-drama film Muriel's Wedding in 1994 and then gained more recognition in the mystery thriller The Sixth Sense . She was the daughter of Lida Jeanne Wright is an American and her father Robert "Bob" Henry Krause was of half-Japanese descent. Nathaniel Krause, her younger brother who works as an executive director at an organization that produces films, is filmmaker. When she is not working, she enjoys spending it with her family, whether it's a trip to the forests or barbecues. She feels very emotionally attached with her brother, and even gave him a house near her in order to see frequently. Louisa Krause Carrier In the beginning, she wasn't doing it to earn money. She did it to appear in front of professional film producers. That proved to be success. Her professional career started with the stage on Off-Broadway in various productions. The most well-known ones that she was a part of was In a Dark Dark House as well as Les Liaisons Dangereuses both in 2007. The actress began her acting career in films beginning in 2007 and was a supporting character in Babysitter, and The Speed of Life. After that, she took a 2 year vacation from acting and then appeared in the movies Taking Woodstock & Toe to Toe. After that, for the next 2 years she concentrated on making short films. She has also been recognized by film for her work. The most recent of her shows, The Girlfriend Experience was recognized by the Golden Globes for her role as Anna Garner.
